In any case where you provide personal information, we will only use it to deliver the services you have requested. We may need to pass your personal information to our contracted 3rd party system providers in order to provide the services you request. For example:
- to our channel provider Giacom and Microsoft to provide Office 365 services;
- to our channel provider Giacom and Acronis to provide Cloud Backup services;
- to our telecoms provider ICUK and BT or Talk Talk
Business for phone & broadband services;
- to our telecoms provider Jola and BT or Daisy Telecoms for VoIP services;
- to our hosting provider ICUK for hosting, email & domain registration services.
We may also disclose your information to any applicable regulatory body or if the law requires us to.
Marketing & Notices
We will occasionally inform you of new services and products related to those you have ordered or registered for and of changes and activities that may be of interest to you. You have the right to opt-out of receiving this information at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in all such communications. Server Logs
Our website does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging the user's IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This is recognised by the Web server and is only used for system administration and to provide statistics, which we use to evaluate use of the site. This policy does not cover links within this site to other websites.
Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of our website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. We retain all records related to the provision of goods and services for the minimum period required by law, currently 6 years. Summary of terms
